The Clarendale of Addison is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving within the community and emphasizes welcoming guests with excellent service.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour weekend differential. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, FSA, health and life insurance, PTO, vision insurance, and a referral program.

Formación

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization to Community standards.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and maintain workstations; take orders and serve items courteously.
• Provide service using proper etiquette and promote inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
