Job summary

Dough Zone Dumpling House in Portland, OR is hiring Front of House staff starting as Busser. You will greet guests, explain menu items, serve food and beverages, and help keep the dining area clean. This is a Part-Time, in-person role with a flexible schedule.

We are now hiring for Front House including servers, bussers, and food runners. For this position, you will start with Busser.

Front of House Staff Duties:

• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

You are the one we’re looking for if you have:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to communicate in English
• Enjoys working in a team and is eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests
