Job summary

The Landing at Carmichael, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking an On-Call Server to help create a warm, welcoming dining experience. You will greet residents, take orders, and support dining room operations while covering shifts as needed.

We offer flexible scheduling, no late nights, daily pay, complimentary meals, and a supportive team environment. Previous serving experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and ready to help.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-call shifts as needed.
• Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person.
• Genuine desire to serve and connect with others.
