J. Alexander's Restaurant, a contemporary American dining concept, is opening a new location in Gilbert, AZ. We are hiring servers to deliver guest-focused service and hospitality at tableside as part of a growing team.

The role requires enthusiasm for food and service, a teamwork attitude, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences. Must be 18+ to serve alcohol; prior server experience is welcome but not required. Interviews will be conducted at our off-site hiring location.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (based on state regulations).
• Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• A restaurant server is responsible for guest service and hospitality tableside. We are seeking individuals who know how to delight guests, excel working with a team and most importantly - love food and service!
