Job summary

Chili's in Montville, Connecticut, is seeking Servers to deliver exceptional service and hospitality. You will provide customized experiences to our Guests while partnering with Team Members to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a great attitude, meet the minimum age requirement of 18, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with various growth opportunities within the company.

• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
