Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking part-time or full-time dining room staff for its on-site, in-house restaurant in Austin, Texas. You will serve meals to residents and guests, maintain a welcoming dining environment, and participate in daily service operations.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; weekend availability is preferred to support dining services across shifts.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; training provided.
• Availability for weekends and varying shifts.
• Demonstrated customer service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas and set up tables; greet residents and guests.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest dishes.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain clean dining spaces.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling guidelines.

Job Description

Wemake this job fun and a team effort when serving food to residents and guests in our Fine Dining in-house restaurant. Crisp linen tablecloths, fine china and top-quality fresh ingredients; this is made-to-order dining at its finest. Seasonal and regional menus are ever-evolving, offering signature dishes and daily specials. AndNO LATE NIGHTSmeans you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life.

Essential Duties

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required food handlers certifications
