Little Sparrow in West Midtown, part of Rocket Farm Restaurants LLC, is hiring experienced servers for full-time and part-time opportunities with AM and PM shifts. Join our French-inspired neighborhood restaurant where thoughtful service, great food, and genuine hospitality come together.

Little Sparrow is hiring experienced servers for full-time and part-time opportunities with AM and PM shifts. Join our French-inspired neighborhood restaurant in West Midtown, where thoughtful service, great food, and genuine hospitality come together.

Part of Rocket Farm Restaurants, Little Sparrow combines the charm of Parisian bistros and old Brooklyn neighborhood taverns with polished, approachable service. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or stopping in for a burger and fries, we want every visit to feel welcoming and memorable.

About the role

As a server, you’ll guide guests through the menu, offer food and beverage recommendations, and work closely with our dining room and kitchen teams to deliver attentive, well-paced service. We’re looking for warm, personable team members who take pride in the details and enjoy caring for guests and one another. Two or more years of upscale dining experience preferred.

Competitive pay – $2.13/hr. + tips for servers; up to $8.00/hr. + tips for select hourly supervisor positions based on experience and ability.
