• Acts as the point person for communication to unit management on work-related requests.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture and operations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all menu items and ingredients and addresses issues promptly.
• Assists in selecting and orienting employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
