Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a part time SERVER LEAD at Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, AZ. Location: 1610 West Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021. Schedule: Part time with rotating weekends and holidays. Prior serving experience preferred.

As SERVER LEAD you will take and deliver food and beverage orders, supervise dining staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Training available and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
