Location: IBM Learning Center - 20 Old Post Road, Armonk, NY 10504. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as the point person for all work-related requests communicated to management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company and client culture and operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Addresses and corrects complaints or issues promptly.
• Assists in the selection, orientation, and training of staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
