Job summary

Unidine in Geneva, IL is hiring immediately for a full-time SERVER LEAD to oversee dining room operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

You will lead front-of-house staff, coordinate orders, and maintain service standards in a healthcare/food-service environment. Shifts run 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 11:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior restaurant, healthcare food service, or retail/customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture and client operations.
• Demonstrates understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Addresses and corrects complaints or issues promptly.
• Oversees training of staff and assists in employee orientation.
