Job summary

Smoky Mountain Brewery in Knoxville is seeking a friendly Server to welcome guests and deliver 1st class service at our Copper Cellar family of restaurants. You will strive to exceed guest expectations from seating to check-out, maintain a positive atmosphere, and ensure memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting with food runs, and supporting fellow servers during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and personable with guests.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.
• Experience in service is preferred.

Smoky Mountain Brewery is looking for a Server to join their Knoxville location!

At the Copper Cellar family of restaurants we work together to maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure great Guest Satisfaction. Friendly and enthusiastic, this individual delivers on our expectation to provide 1st Class Service from the moment the Guests sit down. We can depend on this role to let our Guests relax while we anticipate their every need and enable each meal to be a pleasurable experience. This individual also assists with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, and running other Server's food whenever possible.
