Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Server to create memorable guest experiences by delivering food and drinks and providing attentive service. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide selections to ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

This role involves moving around the dining area, assisting with service and payments, and supporting a clean, efficient dining room. It is a tip-based wage environment with tips influencing take-home pay.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down tables, legs, and booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses and baskets to dining room, bar, and kitchen ~30 times per shift.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (beer cases) up to 15 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks and service.
• Interact with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via POS system.
• Observe and serve guests, addressing any needs or requests.
• Present checks and process payments with correct change or charges.
• Help clear and reset dining room tables.
