American Care Concepts is accepting applications for a dining services role at Windsong Senior Living in Prescott Valley, AZ. The position focuses on delivering meals, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities include assisting in opening/closing dining areas, learning menu items, and ensuring infection control standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality customer service to residents and guest
• Deliver and serve meals to residents, families, and guests in an efficient, attentive, and courteous manner
• Bus tables in dining room and other areas as necessary
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining room(s)
• Learn core menu items and specials in order to understand and relate the menu to residents and guests
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
• Ability to act as a liaison between residents and culinary department
• Maintain a clean professional appearance at all times
• Understand and observe infection control procedures related to culinary department
