Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking servers to be the face of guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, upsell menu items, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining service standards.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and excellent time management to handle busy shifts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you’ll be the face of the Guest experience—bringing energy, personality, and great service to every table.

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve guests and create a personalized experience.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail and ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Resolve conflicts with analytical skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures as defined by federal, state laws, and BWW policies.
• Work closely with team to keep dining room running smoothly.

• Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
• Conflict management skills and analytical skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal, state laws, and BWW policies.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment.

Education & Experience

Required

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.

Preferred

• Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
