Job summary

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is seeking a part-time server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests. No experience required; training provided; shifts start at 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm, with finish around 8:30pm or 9pm; pay is $13–$15 per hour based on experience.

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.

Location:

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation: $13/hr - $15/hr, based on experience/position.

Part-Time, flexible with your school schedule. Scholarship opportunities.

No experience required, training is provided.

Start of shift options are 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm.

Finish of shift at 8:30pm/9pm.
