Job summary

Farmers Restaurant Group is hiring servers to provide exceptional hospitality in a busy restaurant setting. Our servers are knowledgeable about scratch-made food and drinks, guide guests through the menu, and help create a welcoming, clean, and relaxed dining experience. Qualifications

• One year of experience in full or quick service dining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for food and beverages from guests.
• Check guests are enjoying their meals and correct issues.
• Enter orders into handheld devices for kitchen transmission.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and bus tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Process payments from customers and suggest wine pairings when appropriate.
• Assist with reservations by answering phones and greeting guests.
• Prepare tables and explain menu items and ingredients to guests.
• Provide guests with information about local areas and daily specials.
• Support host staff and assist with To Go orders.
