Job summary

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a SERVER to join our team in Kansas City. Our mission is to deliver genuine hospitality and turn guests into raving fans through great service.

You will learn our menu, wine, and service procedures and provide thoughtful table service while working with a supportive team across our 60+ restaurants. Starting pay is $6.00/hour plus tips, with opportunities for growth, dining discounts, health benefits, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and holidays closed.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
• Answers guests' questions about the restaurant and handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperates with management and coworkers to assist others with duties and communicates suggestions for improvement positively.
• Follows all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and uses materials and equipment properly.
• Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
