Brookdale Senior Living is seeking servers to provide compassionate dining assistance to our residents in a respectful, welcoming environment. You will take and deliver meals, work closely with kitchen staff, and help with bussing and table resets to maintain a pleasant dining experience.

Position offers opportunities for advancement within Brookdale’s dining services and benefits eligibility for both part-time and full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Ability to interact with senior residents and guests gracefully.
• Willingness to assist with kitchen and dining room duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards, and ensure everyone is happy with their meal.
• Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash and restock inventory as needed.
• Perform side work duties as assigned
