Job summary

Holland Farms Senior Living | Agemark Senior Living in Norwalk, IA is seeking a full-time Server to help create a warm dining experience for residents. You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and participate in dining room setup and clean-up with a supportive team.

This role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and clear communication. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts are required, and the community offers competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for helping others.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
