Job summary

12 Oaks Senior Living is seeking a friendly and dependable server to join our dining team. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals with courtesy while maintaining a clean and sanitary dining room.

Responsibilities include restocking condiments, bussing and resetting tables, and communicating resident feedback to the Director of Food Service to improve meal service. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of assisted living experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents warmly and provides courteous service.
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly.
• Busses and resets tables and restocks condiments.
• Cleans the dining room and maintains sanitation standards.
• Provides feedback from residents to the Director of Food Service.

The server provides exceptional dining service to residents in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she performs a variety of duties related to meal service, including greeting residents, taking orders, stocking, cleaning, and catering.
