Forbici Modern Italian in downtown St. Petersburg is hiring Servers to join our team. We offer a flexible schedule, free shift meals, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage along with PTO and career growth opportunities.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of server experience in full-service dining, strong communication, and a customer‑focused hospitality mindset. Must be able to work in English and obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Server position at a full-service restaurant.
• Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
• Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and Guests.
• Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English.

Job Summary

The Server is responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. The Server plays an integral role in ensuring the Guests have exceptional dining experiences. Physical Requirements

• Ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
