Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server in food service is preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and drinks.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system.
• Ensure timely service of food and drinks to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve service skills.
