Job summary

The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Server in Honolulu to join our team. You will interact with guests, recommend menu items, take and deliver orders, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience.

We value a positive attitude, clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays; lifting up to 35lbs is required.

Qualifications

• About You: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail; noticing small details matters.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 35lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and carry throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payments in POS system.
• Recommend items based on guests' preferences and allergies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive environment.
