Qualificações

• Trustworthy; can be relied upon to deal with payment of guest checks and operate cash register.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all guests in a kind, courteous and respectable way.
• Accountable for proper handling of cash, credit card information, gift cards and all payment-related tasks.
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serves high quality food and checks orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Maintains knowledge of the menu to suggest items.
• Writes guest checks and operates POS per company policy.
• Communicates with managers and coworkers regarding issues.
