Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking friendly servers to welcome and guide guests, take and deliver orders, and maintain a clean dining area. You will interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and ensure accurate checkout with the POS system.

Ideal candidates are energetic, have strong English communication, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. Florida program certifications may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks.
• Stand/walk 100% of shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification per statutes.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• Take and write orders accurately; enter into POS.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
