You will manage server infrastructure across Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server, ensuring high availability, security, and performance in both on-premise and virtualized environments. The role requires 5+ years of experience, relevant certifications, and a readiness to collaborate with cybersecurity teams while maintaining thorough documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in server engineering or IT infrastructure
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server with DNS and AD
Knowledge of RAID, SAN, NAS, and backup technologies
Certifications RHCSA, RHCE, and VCP preferred
Experience in manufacturing/industrial IT environment is a plus
Willingness to travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred for effective communication with global teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation ability
Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative

Responsibilities

Monitor capacity, performance, and uptime across platforms
Troubleshoot complex server issues involving hardware, OS, and virtualization layers
Administer access control, backups, and disaster recovery processes
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance and security
Maintain documentation for IT processes and configurations
Support and manage virtualization environments (VMware) and storage (SAN/NAS)
Participate in 24/7 operational readiness and on-call support

We are looking for a skilled Server Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team and support mission-critical network operations.

We are looking for a Server Engineer with strong expertise in server infrastructure management and administration across Linux and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high system availability, security, and performance, supporting both on-premise and virtualized environments.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for server hardware and software maintenance.
Provide IT systems administration in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Install, configure, and manage server devices and system software across multiple vendors.
Monitor and optimize server capacity, performance, and uptime across platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex server issues involving hardware, OS, and virtualization layers.
Administer access control, backups, and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and system security.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance and implement security requirements.
Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
Support and manage virtualization environments (VMware) and networked storage systems (SAN/NAS).
Participate in 24/7 operational readiness and provide support outside regular working hours as needed.

5+ years of experience in server engineering, maintenance, or IT infrastructure administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Communication, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server systems, including DNS, AD, and replication methods.
Knowledge of RAID, SAN, NAS, and backup technologies.
Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, VCP preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment is a plus.
Availability for occasional travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred for effective communication with global teams.
