Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated server to deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage service, while anticipating guests’ needs and offering tailored recommendations.

You will record orders with precision, maintain up-to-date menu knowledge, collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service, and uphold The Breakers' high standards and culture. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry required.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
