Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Fairfax, VA is seeking a part-time Dining Server to provide friendly, high-quality meal service for residents and guests. You will take orders, help with menu choices, and ensure a welcoming dining experience in a well-maintained setting.

You will work with Sunrise systems for order entry, follow safety standards, and participate in pre-meal briefings to stay aligned with daily offerings and community expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dining service experience preferred.
• Experience serving residents in senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables, maintain a clean dining room and bistro.
• Complete side work, attend pre-meal meetings, and open/close duties.
