Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Dining Server to provide timely, professional meal service and create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

You will take and deliver orders, assist with menu selections, bus and reset tables, keep the dining room clean, and follow safety standards while building positive connections with residents on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables per community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Cultivate a hospitable environment by building positive connections and delivering excellent service every shift
