Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Setauket, NY is seeking a Dining Server to provide timely, professional meal service and create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Take orders, assist with menu choices, keep dining areas clean, follow food safety standards, and participate in pre-meal meetings. Sunrise Systems are used for order entry; benefits include medical, PTO, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables per community standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro.
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.

17.00 - 21.25
