Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services, Inc. in Lake Minnetonka Shores, Spring Park, MN is seeking 1 full-time AM and 3 part-time PM servers to join our dining team to deliver caring, high-quality meals for residents across long-term care, memory care and assisted living settings.

As a Server/Dietary Aide, you will assist with meal prep, dining room setup and service, while adhering to policies and safety regulations to create a positive dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility withPHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
