Highland Ridge, a Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) senior living community in Williamsburg, IA, is hiring a Server/Dietary Aide to provide a high-quality dining experience for residents. You will assist with meal preparation, dining room setup, and service in accordance with policies and regulations. Full-time position with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Highland Ridge is seeking Servers /Dietary Aides /Culinary Assistants /Dining Aides to join our team in Williamsburg, IA.

Wage: $15.78 - $18.36+ per hour Based on Experience

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
