Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Dining Room Server for the West Chester community. This full-time role supports residents with meals in a restaurant-style setting, delivering friendly service and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

The day shift runs 7am–3pm, seven days a week, offering stable hours and opportunities for growth within a caring, family-owned company. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a Food Handler’s Permit if required, and the ability to work early

Merrill Gardens at West Chester is currently accepting applications for Dining Room Server to help support residents within our beautiful community residents call home.

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
