Job summary

Chili's in Fayetteville, NC is seeking friendly servers to deliver warm hospitality and attentive service to our Guests. You will learn our menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and collaborate with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.

The role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience is a plus, and a positive attitude goes a long way toward creating a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
