Job summary

Chili's is hiring Servers in Crestview, Florida. As a Server, you'll provide exceptional service and hospitality to our Guests and learn menu items to enhance their dining experience. This role offers flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time, along with various growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, be 18 or older, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preference for those with prior experience in the food service industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience as a server is a plus.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
