Job summary

Dough Zone USA is hiring for Front of House positions such as servers, bussers, and food runners. Training takes place at 1320 Locust St, Walnut Creek, with after-training work at 1912 Shattuck Ave., Berkeley. Walk-ins welcome with resume, or apply online.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, manage reservations and seating (waitlist during peak times).
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Front of House Duties:

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
