Job summary

Macau Casino Lakewood is seeking a bartender to greet guests, promptly serve food and beverages, and ensure continuous attentive service at the station. You will maintain clean areas, stock stations, and promote positive guest relations.

Minimum six months bartending experience is required, along with a valid Washington license (MAST) and Health Card. Excellent alcohol service knowledge and POS proficiency are essential. Competitive pay with tips and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months experience as a Bartender.
• Valid WA MAST license Mandatory Alcohol Server Training permit.
• Current WA State Health Food Handlers Card.
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge.
• Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently.
• Knowledge of applicable local state and federal health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.
• Promptly and accurately serve food and beverages.
• Continuously walk through station to ensure all guests receive continuous attention.
• Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.
• Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Stock side station with required stock as needed.
