Job summary

Founders Club is seeking an outgoing and customer-focused Server/Bartender to provide food and beverage service throughout the restaurant, bar, Speakeasy, and event spaces. Team members may work serving or bartending shifts based on experience and business needs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing friendly and attentive service. Full-time opportunities may become available based on performance and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to learn menu offerings, drink recipes, promotions, and membership benefits.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and electronic payments.
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and provide a welcoming experience.
• Provide knowledgeable service in serving and bartending roles as scheduled.
• Explain menu offerings, daily specials, featured drinks, and promotions.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Monitor assigned tables, bar guests, and surrounding service areas.
• Check in with guests throughout their visit and promptly address questions or concerns.
• Build relationships with members and provide personalized service.
• Make thoughtful menu recommendations and suggest additional items when appropriate.
• Verify identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, member-account, and other approved payments.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and side-work responsibilities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and bar areas.
• Pre-bus and reset tables promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host team, and management.
• Support fellow team members and assist in other service areas as needed.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, liquor-law, and company policies.
• Assist with member events, private parties, and restaurant promotions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
