Job summary

Carolina National Golf Club located in Bolivia, North Carolina is seeking a part-time employee to join our food and beverage team as a server, bartender, and beverage cart attendant. Pay is $8.00 per hour plus tips, and you must be 21 or older.

Duties include stocking and setting up the bar, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic items, handling cash and inventory, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws. A 3–6 month related experience or training is preferred, with reliability and hospitality

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintains bar and serves guests in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism.
• Stocks/sets up bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and restocking.
• Serves food and beverages to guests based on established guidelines.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.

Job Description:

Maintains bar and serves guests in accordance with in established standards and with hospitality and professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stocks/ sets up bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and restocking.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
• Serves meals to guests.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Degree/Licenses:
