Role Overview: The Server provides timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, growing sales through repeat customers and increased profitability. Responsibilities include suggesting food and beverages, delivering orders, maintaining cleanliness, and processing payments efficiently. Ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Handle customer payments following cash handling policies.
  • Complete opening, shift, and closing duties.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly.
  • Upsell liquor or food items when appropriate.
  • Follow sanitation and safety policies.
  • Maintain stocked server stations and ensure table maintenance.
  • Assist as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Report safety issues immediately.
  • Maintain valid food handler and alcohol certifications.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Report non-routine situations to management.

Qualifications:

  • High energy, motivated, and customer-centric.
  • Organized with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of menu items and signature beverages.
  • Respectful and able to recognize signs of intoxication.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Constant walking, standing, stooping, and reaching.
