Ted's Montana Grill is seeking servers/bartenders to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will deliver genuine hospitality and ensure a remarkable dining experience, earning a predictable wage plus tips.

We offer flexible schedules, medical benefits, and a 401(k) plan with matching. Prior full-service restaurant experience is preferred, and you will thrive in a collaborative, customer-centric team that values exceptional service.

SERVERS/BARTENDERS

Ted's Montana Grill isn't your ordinary restaurant, so we aren't looking for ordinary people. While we’re Premium, Polished and Professional, we’re also Cool (known as 3 PC). We live by “The Big Sky Spirit” which is our cultural compass and is evident in everything that we do.

Pay Rate Range: Tipped Minimum Wage plus tips: averaging $25-$30/hr.
