American Senior Communities in Zionsville is seeking a friendly Server to join our ASC Culinary team. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents and families, taking orders, and supporting meal preparation while maintaining clean dining spaces.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant server experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take resident meal orders as they are seated.
• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs.
• Assist in the preparation of meal items and bussing tables; keep dining and kitchen areas clean.

Key Responsibilities of a Server include:

• Partner with culinary leaders to best meet the needs of residents to provide a positive dining experience.
• Take resident meal orders as they are seated.
• Assist in preparation of meal items.
• Buss tables and wash dishes.
• Always maintain the dining room and kitchen area in clean condition.

Qualifications:

• Required: Commitment to customer service and willingness to help others with their needs.
• Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.
