Job summary

Artisanal Brewing Ventures is looking for a Server Assistant to enhance the experience of taproom guests. This role involves delivering outstanding hospitality, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food presentation.

Ideal candidates will have some prior experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities include assisting in food and beverage delivery, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall taproom operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties).
• Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
• Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry kegs up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean taproom by clearing empty glasses and plates.
• Visually inspect all food leaving the expo for correct presentation.
• Deliver food, beverages, and condiments to guests.
• Maintain appropriate inventory/product levels for the bar.
• Assist with cleaning the dining area and server stations.

Job Overview

This role provides table service to taproom guests, delivering orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand, engage guests, and deliver outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean taproom by clearing empty glasses, plates, silverware, and other items from tables to ensure efficient turnover.
• Visually inspect all food leaving the expo, ensuring proper plating, sauce application, and presentation; return any incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen for correction.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests.
• Maintain appropriate inventory/product levels for the bar, changing kegs when required.
• Assist with tasks such as cleaning the dining area, restocking server stations, and rolling silverware.
• Assist guests and servers/bartenders with other hospitality functions as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties).
• Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
