Job summary

Victory Brewing Company in Downingtown, PA is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support our taproom team. You’ll deliver orders, keep tables clean, and contribute to an outstanding hospitality experience for guests.

As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you’ll educate guests about our beers, assist servers and bartenders, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+ with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or food service.
• Must be able to multitask and stand for long periods.
• Excellent guest service and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain table cleanliness and turnover.
• Inspect quality of plating and presentation; return incorrect orders for correction.
• Assist with inventory and keg changes as needed.
• Support dining area and server stations.
• Assist guests and servers as needed.
