Job summary

Grasslands Club, located in Gallatin, TN, is hiring a Server Assistant to support servers and learn how to run tables in the future. You will clear and reset tables, refill beverages, and assist guests while working closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to build teamwork skills.

This full-time, on-site position offers $11.00/hour plus tips. No prior restaurant experience is required, and training will be provided in a values‑driven, service‑oriented environment within our Food &

Qualifications

• Able to stay on feet for extended periods.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Support servers to keep service smooth and seamless.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; refill water and beverages.

• Learn how to build rapport with members and handle a busy floor with confidence.
