Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corp is seeking a Server Assistant for Harrah’s Council Bluffs and related properties in the Council Bluffs metro area. You will support the Food Server, manage table turnover, greet guests in English, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

This role emphasizes professional presentation and teamwork. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer relations, clear communication, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and resetting tables; including removing and replacing dishes, glasses, utensils and condiments in a timely manner.
• Acknowledging, greeting and conversing in English with customers dining.
• Serving beverages and assists the Food Server, as needed.
• Completing required sidework as assigned.
• Meeting the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
