Qualifications

• Must have and maintain Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Flexible shift work including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming with proper uniform and name tag.
• Provide outstanding service to members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Bus tables and stock supplies; assist servers during operating hours.
• Transport prepared food from kitchen to dining area promptly.
• Set tables with clean linens and glassware; ensure cleanliness of furniture and floors.
• Cross train among other positions within the restaurant and attend required trainings.
