Job summary

Auberge Collection in Austin is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team. You will help set up and clear tables, assist servers with delivering beverages, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and adherence to sanitation standards. Prior Back Server experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, arranging utensils, plates and glassware, and remove used items promptly to keep dining area clean.

• Collaborate with servers and staff to ensure efficient service delivery and communicate guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.

Job Description

Become the backbone of our dining experience as a Server Assistant, where your attentiveness and teamwork will elevate every guest's visit. Supporting our service team, you'll ensure smooth operations, anticipate needs, and create memorable moments for patrons, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional hospitality.

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
• Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
