Job summary

Workstream in Cleveland, OH is seeking a reliable Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, help with large parties, maintain dining areas, and restock supplies. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Support servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and assisting with guest needs
• Assist in setting up large parties and private dining events
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations
• Monitor and address floor cleanliness, including spills and guest areas
• Restock supplies and service items throughout the shift
• Assist with entryway maintenance (snow/ice removal as needed)
• Collaborate with the host and service teams to anticipate guest needs
